Do you require a monthly retainer?

No. However, you may wish to have ongoing support, maintenance and monitoring, or a set monthly hours which could consist of a monthly, contracted charge. 

If there is a tightly defined scope, I can quote projects with an estimate of price based on the number of hours needed. 

I will invoice monthly, with a report of hours undertaken, and a short description of the work in this hours. 

 

What kind of clients do you work with?

I prefer to work with small to medium businesses where we can discuss with either the sole marketing person or the business owner directly.

I have worked with larger organisations where Pipedrive is often used by the sales team only. 

I have worked in regulated businesses and for businesses across the world who use Pipedrive. I’ve worked both in-house on the Pipedrive CRM over a long time, but also on small one off implementations for very varied businesses. I’ve also worked as contractor for other companies who specialise in Pipedrive. 

How does pricing work?

Project work may not need a monthly retainer. 

To start any project takes the most time to understand the business, issues and to set the strategy – this I like to include in a one-off setup cost. I do not like to waste time with fancy audit documents which a) do not get read b) do not get implemented and c) fancy presentations to impress. I like to focus on the actual needs and wants and which work we need to do to make a difference.

Then I like to price based on the time needed to complete these tasks – I do not have huge overheads.  

Do you conduct project work?

I do – please get in touch with what you are thinking, but I can work to a set cost for a defined amount of work to be delivered by an agreed date.

What kind of businesses have you worked with?

I’ve worked with large multinational corporations with a suite of household brands when at an agency, restaurants, high street shops, services based businesses, and many more. I take time to understand each business I work with and each service I provide is bespoke to what is needed. 

Which Apps are you familiar with?

Here are a few I have worked with – Pipedrive, Zapier, Aircall, BT Cloud (ringcentral), MailChimp, Outfunnel, Typeform, Paperform, Slack, Webflow, WordPress, Google Sheets, One drive / Sharepoint,  Phone and Email Checking Tools.

Where are you based?

We’re based in Oxted, which is a lovely small town in East Surrey. Located in Tandridge, we’re near the Kent Border, the M25, Caterham, Redhill and Reigate. We’ve previously lived and worked in London, and if needed, I can visit offices (there will be a day rate charged for this).

What results have you achieved?

Here’s a few different projects I’ve been involved in, but there are a lot more not covered here: 

  • Email Nuturing Flow Automations. I have used templated for this as well as Pipedrives campaigns features.
  • Integrated Mailchimp campaigns and ensured parity between users in both systems, keeping track of who has subscribed to marketing emails.
  • Integrated many different Slack alerts so wider teams understand when deals are won, or leads arrive.
  • Setup attribution of of UTM source data for incoming leads.
  • Zapier Round Robins for use with new leads going into Pipedrive.
  • Split an unwieldy Pipedrive setup into two for B2B and B2C teams.
  • Setup a whole new Pipedrive which used an email parser to input leads.
  • Setup calculations and workflows to automatically quality leads or highlight those which need to be reviewed.
  • Intergrated new leads from many different website CMS or lead forms into Pipedrive.
  • Setup auto responder emails within Pipedrive.
  • Setup Pipedrive to use automatic assignment based upon the location of the deal / organisation. 
How Much Does Pipedrive Cost?

Pipedrive plans can be found here. The prices currently range from £14/mth per seat to £99/mth. This price is based on the type of plan and functionality you require. This cost and management of your users can be operated by me, but there would need to be a 12 month contract and at least one months payment up front. You may find I can save you money – I’ve seen companies with £10k+ amount of users, but many of these users had left – and no one had effectively maintained the CRM. I also recommend a monthly Zapier plan to add functionality to Pipedrive and interact with other applications.

I see clients as partners, and wish to see us both grow as we work together. We only have 30-day rolling contracts or even can work on an ad-hoc basis for some clients.
